Banana flan in the microwave

Banana flan in the microwave

Do you have some ripe bananas in the fruit bowl and do not know what to do with them? I invite you to try the microwave banana flan that I propose to you today. It is very simple to prepare and you will not have to turn on the oven to do it. It will be enough to put it in the microwave for a few minutes to have it ready.

Love the flans but it had never occurred to me to prepare one with banana. However, looking for simple dessert recipes with which to take advantage of some bananas that were about to go bad, this idea caught my attention. Sometimes the need to approve a certain ingredient is the best way to encourage us to get out of the ordinary, right?

I assumed that the combination of flavors I would like and I was not wrong. The result is a dense flan with a intense banana and vanilla flavor. A flan that I have prepared with a perfect amount of ingredients for three people, but that you can double if you want. If you double the quantities, yes, pour the dough into a mold with a flat base of about 22-24 cm so that the cooking time does not extend beyond 15 minutes and the center is well done.

The recipe

Banana flan in the microwave
