Ingredients
- 1 melon.
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
- 2 egg whites.
- Sugar.
- 1/2 envelope of powdered gelatin (100gr).
Procedure
- We open the melon and chop it (removing the peel and the seeds). Add the lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar (to taste). We mix well.
- In a saucepan we heat water and dissolve the gelatin. We mix the two preparations and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them little by little.
- We put the mousse in the refrigerator for an hour and serve.
