Ingredients

  • 1 melon.
  • Juice of 1 lemon.
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
  • 2 egg whites.
  • Sugar.
  • 1/2 envelope of powdered gelatin (100gr).

Procedure

  • We open the melon and chop it (removing the peel and the seeds). Add the lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar (to taste). We mix well.
  • In a saucepan we heat water and dissolve the gelatin. We mix the two preparations and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them little by little.
  • We put the mousse in the refrigerator for an hour and serve.
