Melon ice cream with condensed milk

Today we will prepare a dessert with a sweet and delicious flavor like this simple recipe for melon ice cream with condensed milk, being a fresh and healthy food to enjoy with family or friends on the weekend.

Ingredients:

1 large pot of condensed milk
1 large melon, ready
juice of one lemon

Preparation:

Remove the peel from the melon, the seeds and cut it into small pieces and then put it in the blender along with the condensed milk and lemon juice.

Blend these ingredients very well and once the preparation is thick, pour it into a large mold and take it to cool for several hours in the freezer of the refrigerator. At the time of consumption, you can decorate each serving of ice cream with melon balls or pieces of natural fruit.
