Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teeth
  • Parsley
  • 300 gr. of mushrooms
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 glass of white wine 200ml.
  • 1 bowl with flour
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. To prepare the meatballs with mushrooms, the first thing will be to prepare the meat.
  2. To prepare the meat, we will mince the garlic and parsley. In a bowl we add the meat and mix it, add the garlic and chopped parsley and the whole egg. We mix everything well. Add the salt and pepper, we will leave it in the fridge for a few hours to mix the flavors.
  3. When the meat is there, we will form the meatballs and we will pass them through the flour.
  4. We put a pan with plenty of oil and we will fry the meatballs over high heat so that they brown on the outside. We take them out and reserve them.
  5. On the other hand, we chop the onion very minced. We put a frying pan with a jet of oil, when it is hot we add the onion and let it stay well done.
  6. We clean the mushrooms and add them together with the poached onion. We sauté them together with the onion until they take on a little color.
  7. Once the mushrooms are sautéed, add the meatballs, add the glass of white wine, leave it for a few minutes for the alcohol to evaporate. When it evaporates add a glass of water to cover the meatballs, when it starts to boil add the stock cube. Let cook 20-30 minutes.
  8. When they are ready we taste the salt, if the sauce is not very thick we will add a little flour or corn flour dissolved in water and add it to the sauce. Let cook 5 more minutes.
