Meatballs with ginger and curry

Do you have visitors? Well, receive them with a large plate:

Ingredients:

400 g. minced beef
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1 clove of crushed garlic;
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
1 egg white
salt and pepper
Sauce:
1 cebolla
4 perita tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon curry
1 natural yogurt.

Preparation:

Mix well with your hands until all the ingredients are compacted except for the sauce. Shape the meatballs into the size of a large egg and place them in a lightly oiled roasting pan, coating them with it. Cook them for 15 minutes in a strong oven.

In a saucepan put the onion peeled into pieces, tomatoes, oil, curry, salt and sauté for 1 minute, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Process the sauce, add the yogurt, heat and serve with the meatballs. Accompany with rice.
