Ingredients
  • 500 gr. mixed meat (pork-beef)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

  • For la salsa:
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 glass of water or broth
  • Parsley

Preparation
  1. To make the meatballs, we will start preparing the meat, put it in a bowl, add an egg, salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  2. We mix everything and let the meat rest for an hour.
  3. We heat a frying pan with plenty of oil to fry.
  4. In another plate we put flour.
  5. We make balls with the meatballs, we pass them through the flour and when the oil is hot we brown them, we just brown them on the outside, remove and reserve.
  6. In a saucepan we add oil, chop 5-6 garlic cloves.
  7. We put the minced garlic in the casserole, before they brown, add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate, and add the meatballs.
  8. We add a glass of water or broth that covers the meatballs. Let cook 15 minutes.
  9. After this time, we add a little salt and pepper to our liking. If necessary we add more water or broth if necessary.
  10. Chop a handful of parsley, add it to the casserole. We turn off.
  11. We let it rest for a while. We can prepare in advance, the sauce is even better.
