- 1 glass of white wine

Preparation
- To make the meatballs, we will start preparing the meat, put it in a bowl, add an egg, salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, parsley and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
- We mix everything and let the meat rest for an hour.
- We heat a frying pan with plenty of oil to fry.
- In another plate we put flour.
- We make balls with the meatballs, we pass them through the flour and when the oil is hot we brown them, we just brown them on the outside, remove and reserve.
- In a saucepan we add oil, chop 5-6 garlic cloves.
- We put the minced garlic in the casserole, before they brown, add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate, and add the meatballs.
- We add a glass of water or broth that covers the meatballs. Let cook 15 minutes.
- After this time, we add a little salt and pepper to our liking. If necessary we add more water or broth if necessary.
- Chop a handful of parsley, add it to the casserole. We turn off.
- We let it rest for a while. We can prepare in advance, the sauce is even better.
