Today I wanted to bring you this delicious recipe for meat rolls in onion and carrot sauce so you can prepare it in a romantic or special dinner and surprise your partner.

In particular, as I like to cook and always be in the kitchen, it is always a very good excuse to make you a new dish that you like and surprise my partner. Since it has always been said that men are conquered by the stomach, so, with this recipe, I will conquer it much more since it is tremendously rich.

Ingredients

  • 750 g of minced meat.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 piece of bread crumbs soaked in milk.
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • Parsley.
  • Slices of York or Serrano ham.
  • Slices of cheese.
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Olive oil.

For salsa:

  • 3 medium onions.
  • 4-5 carrots.
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Olive oil.

Preparation

To make this recipe from rolls of meat in onion and carrot sauce, we will have to first carry out the meat dressing. To do this, we will place it in a large bowl and we will add the 3 very minced garlic cloves, the parsley, the salt and the pepper, and we will stir everything very well.

Then, we will incorporate the two eggs and the breadcrumb that we have previously dipped in milk. We will stir everything very well again and let it rest for a few minutes. If we see that the meat dough It is too soft, we will add breadcrumbs until it takes on a little consistency and does not stick to us.

Over a baking paper we will put a portion of the meat mass. We will place on this a slice of ham, either york or serrano, and then the slice of cheese. We will close the roll well, putting the ends inwards so that everything is tight.

Once all the rolls are done we will pass them through flour, egg and breadcrumbs and we will fry them all and reserve them on a kitchen paper so that it absorbs all the excess oil.

Next, we will prepare salsaTo do this, we will chop both the onion and the carrot very well, and we will take it to poach in a wide pan with olive oil. It is recommended that the heat is low, since the poaching of the onion must be slow, so that it caramelizes and does not burn us.

When the vegetables are well poached and have diminished, add a splash of white wine and salt. Then we will pass it through the blender and we will add it again to the same pan.
