Meat over baked potatoes and bacon
The minced meat becomes a very juicy and very manageable food when making a multitude of dishes, since if it is seasoned well it can be used in more than one recipe. That is why today I present this meat dish on some baked potatoes made in the microwave topped with bacon.
This meat, I made it for some macaroni with meat, tomato and cheese, so I took advantage of it to make this new recipe. I always tell you, in the kitchen nothing is thrown away, and what is left over can be used to make a new recipe like this one.
Ingredients

- 1/2 onion.
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 small tomato
- 2 garlic cloves.
- White wine.
- Water.
- Olive oil.

Preparation
First of all, to make this recipe for meat on baked potatoes and bacon, we will have to make the meat. To do this, we will chop the onion, the pepper, the tomato and the garlic cloves into very small cubes. Then, we will place a frying pan on the fire, and we will make a sauce with these ingredients, and then add the meat and spices. Finally, we will add a splash of white wine and water, and we will let it cook for about 15 minutes.
At the same time that the meat is being made, let's go cooking the potatoes. We can cook these in different ways, in the express pot, in the oven, or in a pot with water, but to save a lot of time in the kitchen and also save on electricity consumption, we will wrap them with plastic wrap and We will put them in the microwave at maximum power for about 5-8 minutes. To check that they are tender, we will prick them with a toothpick. Then we let them warm up.
When they warm a little, we remove the skin and cut it into 2 cm thick slices and add a little salt. Afterwards, we place a little meat on top, well caked, and, finally, we fry some slices of bacon and we will put them on top of the meat.
