Mayonnaise soup

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg,

1 clove garlic,

oil, vinegar, salt,

1 liter of water,

parsley,

stale bread.

PROCESS:

 

- We prepare the mayonnaise with the egg, oil, garlic, salt, vinegar and parsley.

- We heat water and when the mayonnaise is made we add half the water, beating until it becomes very liquid.

- Once liquid, we pour all the mixture into the cacico with water and stir.

- At the time of serving we add some slices of bread.
