I present a simple recipe to make so that you can use it in various preparations, since this mayonnaise (dressing) of egg whites is much lighter and softer than the traditional one made only with the yolks and oil.
Ingredients:
Egg whites 3
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
olive oil, amount needed
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients (except the oil) in the blender or processor glass.
Then, while you are blending or processing, you add the olive oil little by little until you achieve the consistency of a mayonnaise. Finally, remove and pour the preparation into a bowl and you can use it.
