Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
3 onions
60 g. butter
1/4 liter of double cream
1 saffron capsule
Preparation:
Chop the garlic and onions, put them in a saucepan with the melted butter and add half a glass of water. Bring to a simmer until you see a thick enough puree form. Process the preparation until you get a cream. Add heavy cream while you're still processing, and turn off. Add saffron, turn on the blender for just a moment.
