Marinated loin and egg sandwich
There is no thing easier to cook than delicious sandwiches toasty for a quick and lonely dinner. These can contain thousands of possible foods, and combine them as we want since they are quite versatile to the consumer's taste.
Therefore, today we have prepared a simple recipe for sandwich of loin marinated with egg. A quick and easy sandwich without much elaboration. Great for baby dinners or when unexpected friends come home and there's little in the fridge.
Ingredients
- Slices of sliced bread.
- Marinated loin steaks.
- Eggs
- Olive oil.
- Pinch of salt.
- Homemade aioli.
Preparation
First, we will put a large frying pan or a griddle to heat. We will have in it the marinated tenderloin steaks along with a drizzle of olive oil.
Then, while the loin fillets are being made, we are making the grilled eggs. In another wide frying pan, we will put a drizzle of olive oil and at a low temperature we will put the egg. We will break its yolk and let it set on one side.
Then, we will turn the tenderloin steaks and cook a couple of minutes on the other side until they are totally done.
Next, we will also turn the grilled eggs and we will let it curdle again on the opposite side.
Finally, we will spread a little aioli on both sides of the bread slices mold and we will assemble our loin and egg sandwich. We will heat in a sandwich maker or frying pan and that's it!
