Crafting

We preheat the oven to 180º.

In a bowl we beat with the help of some electric rods eggs and sugar until well blended. Next, we add the rest of the ingredients one by one and beat until they are integrated into the mixture.

We separate 1/3 of the mixture in another bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powdered. Mix well with a spoon to integrate the cocoa and achieve a homogeneous mass.

We start by pouring part of the "white" dough into our silicone mold until the bottom is covered. Next, we pour part of the cocoa mass on top, as if we were tracing a little path over the previous mass. We repeat this last step alternating masses until they are exhausted.

To achieve marbled effect, We use a skewer skewer to trace "eights" across our dough.

We bake for 35-40 minutes. We check if the cake is made by inserting a toothpick or the edge of a knife. If it comes out clean, it will be time to remove it from the oven.

We let it temper and unmold on a rack to finish cooling.
