Ingredients
- 1 chopped red chicory
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tangerines, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- Grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
- We fill a large bowl with cold water and some ice cubes. Add the chopped chicory and let it rest for 15 minutes to soften it.
- In a bowl we combine the following ingredients: sherry vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and black pepper. We beat the vinaigrette.
- We dry the red chicory and place it in a salad bowl. We add the tangerines and we water with the vinaigrette. We mix to combine.
- Before serving, we add the walnuts and the cheese is grated.
