Mackerel and spinach pie

Ingredients

  • 2 rectangular tart dough lids
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can of natural mackerel
  • 1 bundle of cooked spinach leaves
  • 8 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • Grated rind of a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 beaten egg

Procedure
Cut the dough caps into two equal squares, with the leftovers make cuts for browning. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in oil and when they are cooked, add the tomato and cook for 1 minute. Add the drained mackerel and cut it into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. Once the preparation is cold, place the drained spinach on it. Finish with cream cheese mixed with chives, oregano and parsley, lemon peel, salt and pepper.
Close the edges of the dough up, brush with beaten egg and bake until golden brown. Serve with salad.
