Macaroni with turkey sausage and peppers

Ingredients
For two people
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper (from roasting)
- Ketchup
- 160 g. macaroni
- Buy

- 80 gr. grated cheese
Crafting
Chop the onion and cut the peppers in strips. We poach in a pan with hot oil until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
Now, we add the sausages cut into slices not too thin and cook until done.
So, we incorporate the ketchup and we raise the fire so that it takes heat and reduces the water that it may have.
Meanwhile, we cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water, following the instructions and respecting the manufacturer's times.
Once the pasta is cooked, we drain it and add to the pan. We stir with a wooden spoon so that the macaroni are well impregnated with tomato and the different flavors of the sauce.
Together before serving, add the pepper and cheese and we let this one melt while we stir the macaroni with a wooden spoon.
