Today we prepare a delicious plate of pasta some macaroni with tomato and bacon, a very complete recipe accompanied by a salad and a fruit, we have a complete and balanced meal.
This dish of macaroni with tomato and bacon in a good starter, ideal for children who really like pasta with tomato and with the bacon that gives it that smoky touch. The good thing about making these dishes is that you can add whatever you like, you can also add the spices that you like and even give it a spicy touch.
A simple and quick to prepare macaroni dish, ideal to eat any day.
- 350 gr. macaroni
- 5 slices of bacon
- 250 gr. crushed tomato
- 1 cebolla
- Oregano (optional)
- Pepper
- Oil and salt
- To prepare the macaroni with tomato and bacon, we will first cook the pasta, put a pot with plenty of water with a little salt, when it starts to boil we will add the slab macaroni until they are cooked. We will follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- While the macaroni is cooking, we will prepare the sauce with bacon. We put a frying pan on the fire, cut the bacon into strips and sauté it until it is golden brown, remove it and reserve it.
- In that same pan we add a little oil, cut the onion into very small pieces, let it brown and add the crushed tomato, let it cook until we have a sauce, add a little salt, pepper and oregano.
- When the sauce is there, add the bacon strips.
- We drain the macaroni well and add it to the sauce, stir everything together, let it cook for a few minutes, integrate the ingredients and ready to eat !!!
- They can be served with a little grated cheese.
