Today we are going to prepare macaroni and tofu, an ideal dish for a healthy and light lunch.
Tofu is a low-fat food, is consumed as a substitute for protein. Its texture is similar to that of cheese. Its flavor is mild, we can find it smoked and with other flavors. It is consumed in salads, with rice and with pasta like this recipe that I propose today.
A simple recipe where instead of the meat we put the tofu flavored with peppers and I accompany it with a sauce with soy and sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 200 gr. whole grain macaroni
- 150 gr. pepper tofu
- 4 tablespoons of soy
- Sesame seeds
- A carton of soy cream
- Oil Salt
Preparation
- The first thing will be to cook the macaroni, we will put a saucepan with water and a handful of salt, when it begins to boil we will add the macaroni, we will leave them cooking until they are ready. As they are integral, they usually take a little longer, they will cook for the minutes set by the manufacturer.
- We will put a frying pan with a jet of oil, we will cut the tofu into small squares and we will sauté them, when they begin to brown we will put a handful of sesame seeds, we stir it and then we add the soy sauce and the soy cream pot, we leave it cook everything together, we will taste it, to put it to the point of salt. We let it cook a few minitos and turn off. We booked.
- When the macaroni are there, we will drain well and transfer it to a plate, we will put the tofu on top with the sauce, we will serve immediately hot.
