How handy are macaroni when you don't know what to cook. It is enough to open the fridge, in addition, to find how to accompany them. And it is that we always have cooking remains or ingredients about to spoil that we can take advantage of. This is how these came about macaroni with spinach and melted cheese, in addition to many other recipes that we cook daily.
The macaroni that I encourage you to prepare today have a good vegetable base, before adding the spinach, fry the onion, green pepper and red pepper in the pan. This sauce makes the macaroni very tasty even without giving them the final touch of cheese.
To make them juicier, I have also incorporated some tablespoons tomato sauce. You can replace them with a whole diced tomato and fry it with the rest of the vegetables. The important thing is not so much to make the recipe to the letter as to adapt it to your pantry. Take advantage!
