Ingredients
- 350 gr. macaroni
- ½ onion
- ¼ chicken minced meat
- 1 bag of spinach
- Liquid cream for cooking 200 ml.
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 bag of grated assorted cheeses 50 gr.
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- The first thing will be to cook the macaroni, we put a saucepan with plenty of water and salt, when it starts to boil we will add the macaroni until they are cooked. We will follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a frying pan we will poach the chopped onion, then we will put the minced meat, we will let it cook.
- When it begins to take color, the meat will add the spinach, I put half a bag, they are left in nothing, we sauté them all together.
- Season with salt and pepper. When they are we turn off and reserve.
- We prepare the cream, we put the liquid cream in a saucepan to heat, when it is we will add the grated cheese and stir until it falls apart and is like a béchamel, if it is too thick we will add milk and stir.
- We put the macaroni in a baking dish with the meat, we cover it with the sauce and grated cheese.
