Today we do not complicate ourselves in Cooking Recipes. We prepare one of those recipes that everyone likes or almost all: macaroni with mushrooms, tuna and tomato. Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cebolla
  • 200 g. mushroom
  • 2 cans of tuna in olive oil
  • 180 g. fried tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 handfuls of macaroni

Preparation
  1. Chop the onion and fry it in a large skillet with two tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then we incorporate the mushrooms and sauté until they take on color, for about five minutes.
  3. At the same time we cook the macaroni in a saucepan with plenty of salted water for the time recommended by the manufacturer.
  4. Add the tuna to the pan crumbled and slightly drained and the tomato and mix everything well. Season with salt and bring to a boil. Then, cook over medium heat until the pasta finishes cooking.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan. We mix everything well and give a quick boil to the whole.
  6. We serve the macaroni with mushrooms, tuna and tomato in a bowl.
