Today we do not complicate ourselves in Cooking Recipes. We prepare one of those recipes that everyone likes or almost all: macaroni with mushrooms, tuna and tomato. If some macaroni with tuna of a lifetime but with one more turn. A simple but no less interesting proposal to complete our daily menu.
In addition to being simple, this recipe is relatively quick to prepare. The result will be better if you have 30 minutes to prepare it, but you can solve it with 20. So if you find the recipe attractive you will have few excuses for not preparing it.
This time at home we have not added anything spicy, but if you like it you can add it adding a cayenne pepper to the sauce or a little hot sauce. Do we get down to business? If you have the ingredients ready, all we have to do is get going.
The recipe
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cebolla
- 200 g. mushroom
- 2 cans of tuna in olive oil
- 180 g. fried tomato
- Salt and pepper
- 4 handfuls of macaroni
- Chop the onion and fry it in a large skillet with two tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes.
- Then we incorporate the mushrooms and sauté until they take on color, for about five minutes.
- At the same time we cook the macaroni in a saucepan with plenty of salted water for the time recommended by the manufacturer.
- Add the tuna to the pan crumbled and slightly drained and the tomato and mix everything well. Season with salt and bring to a boil. Then, cook over medium heat until the pasta finishes cooking.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan. We mix everything well and give a quick boil to the whole.
- We serve the macaroni with mushrooms, tuna and tomato in a bowl.
