This is one of those recipes that will get you out of more than one trouble. A quick recipe made with fresh ingredients that most like, or at least that's my experience. Macaroni with mushrooms, peppers and tomato sauce; doesn't sound bad right?
In addition to the macaroni, which you can substitute for the paste that you like the most, this recipe has as main ingredients mushrooms and peppers, both green and red. Tomato sauce is used alone to amalgamate all the ingredients. The grace is in serving them fresh, like all pasta dishes.
- 200 g. macaroni
- ½ white onion
- 2 medium green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 8 sliced mushrooms
- 4-6 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- We chop the onion and the diced peppers, neither too big nor too small.
- We put a splash of olive oil in a frying pan and poach the vegetables.
- When they are soft, we raise the heat slightly and add the mushrooms laminated. Cook until the mushrooms are done.
- So, we season and we add the tomato sauce. We stir all the ingredients and let the mixture cook for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, we cook the pasta in plenty of salty water. When it's done, drain it well and add it to the pan.
- We stir a few seconds so that the macaroni is well impregnated with the tomato and vegetables and we serve
