Ingredients
- 300 grams of fat macaroni
- 120 grams of mushrooms
- 400 ml of liquid cream
- Grated cheese
- 75 grams of ham cubes
- 5 garlic
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a pot with boiling water and a little olive oil, we are going to cook the macaroni fat. As they are quite thick macaroons, we will have to leave them a few minutes longer than normal macaroni.
- While these are boiling, we are going to make in a pan the country sauce. The first thing will be to take the garlic in very thin slices. When these begin to brown, we will add the mushrooms also cut into slices and well cleaned.
- Let it cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, and then add the ham. We stir well so that the flavors begin to mix, and the following will be add the cream and grated cheese. Stir well until the sauce thickens and when it acquires the desired texture, we set aside.
- Once the macaroni have boiled and are al dente, remove from the heat, remove the water, rinse with cold water and set each plate aside.
- We will serve the sauce on top as shown in the image ... To eat!
