Macaroni Bolognese

The other day I brought you a Peruvian recipe and today we are going to transport to another part of the world to prepare an easy dinner that everyone will like: Italy. Bolognese or bolognese is a strong sauce whose main ingredients are minced meat, onion, carrot and tomato, although we already know that each household has its preferences and we can find it with some other ingredient such as celery or pepper, for example.

It is common for this sauce to be served with spaghetti (spaghetti), noodles (noodles) or polenta, although it also combines with any type of pasta. Children tend to prefer macaroni so today we are going to serve ourselves a good plate of macaroni bolognese. Let's go there!.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr of macaroni per person
  • Half a kilo of minced meat
  • Carrots 2
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • Half green bell pepper
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sal Island

Crafting

We will start by boiling water with a little salt. We will boil the pasta following the manufacturer's instructions and when it is ready we will drain and reserve it. On the other hand we prepare the sauce: In a pan we heat the olive oil and poach the onion cut into very small squares, then add the meat and cook it until it is golden brown. Add the pepper and tomatoes, all cut into squares.

When it begins to take consistency add a little water and the carrots cut into small cubes. We will let it take consistency again, we will salt to taste and that's it. Now we only have to serve the dish with the pasta, a little sauce and grated cheese. Bon appetit!
