Ingredients

  • 100 gr. chorizo
  • 100 gr. of beicón
  • Half an onion
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 50 gr. grated cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, enmental ..

Preparation
  1. We prepare a pot with plenty of water with a handful of salt, when it starts to boil we will introduce the macaroni and we will let you cook until they are ready, according to the minutes that the manufacturer puts or we like.
  2. We prepare the sauce. We will heat a little oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion, before it browns, add the natural tomato and the fried one.
  3. While we will chop the chorizo ​​and bacon, the pieces will be as you like them, but it is better small.
  4. On one side of the pan we will put the chorizo ​​and the beícon so that it is browned a little and then we will combine everything.
  5. When the macaroni are there, we will drain them well, we will add them together with the sauce, we will mix everything well for a few minutes so that they take on all the flavors.
  6. We will put them in a suitable source for the oven, we will cover with the grated cheese, we will turn on the oven at 180-200º C, we will introduce it and we will leave the macaroni until golden brown.
