Macaroni Bolognese

Una Macaroni Bolognese recipe, a classic of our kitchens and an ideal dish for the family, children love macaroni and this meat with tomato is the one I like the most. Bolognese can be prepared in many ways, but this one is very simple and full of flavor.

Ingredients
  • 500 gr. macaroni
  • 500 gr. mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
  • 400 gr. fried tomato sauce
  • 1 cebolla
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt oil
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Preparation
  1. We will start by preparing the pasta. We put a casserole with enough water and a little salt, we let it boil until the pasta is present.
  2. We poach the onion in a frying pan with oil.
  3. When it begins to take color we will add the minced meat, a little salt and pepper and we will go around so that it is loose and it is done little by little.
  4. When we see that the meat is already loose and takes color, we will put the fried tomato sauce, it can be homemade or bought, the wine, a little oregano and we will let it cook over medium heat.
  5. After about 15 minutes you taste the salt and oregano and put it to your liking. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little broth or water.
  6. When they are the macaroni, you put them to drain well.
  7. You put the macaroni in individual plates or you can mix it with the sauce in the same casserole.
  8. We accompany it with a little grated cheese.
  9. They are also very good if we gratin them in the oven.
