- 500 gr. macaroni
- 500 gr. mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
- 400 gr. fried tomato sauce
- 1 cebolla
- 100 ml. white wine
- Grated cheese
- Salt oil
- Pepper
- Oregano
Preparation
- We will start by preparing the pasta. We put a casserole with enough water and a little salt, we let it boil until the pasta is present.
- We poach the onion in a frying pan with oil.
- When it begins to take color we will add the minced meat, a little salt and pepper and we will go around so that it is loose and it is done little by little.
- When we see that the meat is already loose and takes color, we will put the fried tomato sauce, it can be homemade or bought, the wine, a little oregano and we will let it cook over medium heat.
- After about 15 minutes you taste the salt and oregano and put it to your liking. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little broth or water.
- When they are the macaroni, you put them to drain well.
- You put the macaroni in individual plates or you can mix it with the sauce in the same casserole.
- We accompany it with a little grated cheese.
- They are also very good if we gratin them in the oven.
