For all those people who are on a low-calorie diet, we will prepare a delicious vegetable panaché to taste alone or to accompany a meal that contains a cut of beef, chicken or fish cooked in the oven or on the grill.
Ingredients:
2 carrots diced
8 sprigs of broccoli
2 slices of pumpkin
8 cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons grated cheese (low calorie)
oregano and ground pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Cook the vegetables using a steamer or strainer over a pot of boiling water. Once cooked, remove them and drain the water.
Next, arrange the vegetables in a baking dish and sprinkle with pepper, grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Take to gratin in the oven and when you remove the source sprinkle the preparation with oregano and ready to serve.
