Ingredients:
2 cans of green peas
2 chopped onions
vegetable spray, quantity required
Egg whites 2
150 grams of fresh skim cheese
Salt and ground pepper, a pinch
Preparation:
Spray a pot with vegetable spray and sauté the chopped onions until translucent, then add the peas. After a few minutes, add the lightly beaten whites, season with salt and pepper and mix the preparation.
Then, add the skim cheese cut into pieces and finally remove the pot from the heat, let it rest for a few moments and you can now taste this garnish.
