Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 large tablespoons of light sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • - White onion: 30 g
  • - Carrot: 75 g

Preparation

  2. Add vinegar, Ligeresa and the indicated mustard and mix well with a teaspoon.
  3. Let it sit in the refrigerator.
  4. We cut the ingredients of the salad into very fine julienne strips. The ingredients must be divided into thin strips.
  5. Once the cabbage, the onion, the carrot and the beef are cut into strips, we mix all the food in a bowl and add the sauce.
