Low calories: chicken and vegetable skewer

We will have a tasty meal to taste at the weekend with chicken breasts and some vegetables rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, especially for all those who make a low-calorie diet, being a healthy and natural food.

Ingredients:

500 grams of chicken breasts
500 grams of tomato
300 grams of onion
350 grams of green or red pepper
Salt and ground pepper, to taste
spray or vegetable spray, amount needed

Preparation:

Slice the chicken breasts into 3 to 4-centimeter pieces and cut the onions, tomatoes and peppers also into small pieces and on a skewer, place a piece of chicken, one of onion, another of green or red pepper, another tomato and then continue repeating the ingredients until the tip of the skewer.

Spray a grill with the vegetable spray and when it is hot, put the brochette to cook and every so often you rotate it for better cooking. When you remove them from the grill, season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper and you can now serve this delicious plate of food accompanied by a seasonal vegetable salad.
