Today I present you this delicious recipe for low-calorie apple and vegetable salad, constituting a different option to taste and incorporate fruits and vegetables into your daily diet.
Ingredients:
3 apples
250 grams of carrots
1 Avocado
1 cucumber
Salt and pepper, a pinch
olive oil and lemon juice, to taste
buttery lettuce, to taste
Preparation:
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices and peel the avocado, remove the bone and cut it into slices. Next, grate the carrots, peel the cucumber and cut it into slices.
Prepare a large dish and arrange the apple slices around the edge and the avocado slices on top. In the center of the dish, pour the grated carrots and cucumber slices. Finally, add some buttery lettuce cut into fine julienne strips and season with a pinch of salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Stir and ready to taste.
