BEER LOIN TAPE

INGREDIENTS:

Pork loin tape, a kilo, more or less, in a piece.
2 large onions
2-3 carrots,
2-3 ripe tomatoes,
two cloves of garlic,
a bay leaf,
sal,
a couple of peppers,
oil
a bottle of beer.

PREPARATION:

In a background of oil, brown the meat on all sides, when it is, remove and reserve. In the same oil, sauté the two cloves of garlic, onions, carrots and tomato until it is a little soft, a little more or less ten minutes, add the salt, they say that it helps to fry.
