Light white sauce

This healthy recipe for light white sauce is specially designed so that you can use it in different salty preparations and it is very good if you incorporate it in foods that contain vegetables such as spinach, zucchini or fresh or dried pasta.

Ingredients:

1/2 liter of skim milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons of oil
Salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste

Preparation:

Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold milk. Place it in a pot and bring it to medium heat and cook until the preparation comes to a boil, stirring constantly.

Then, remove it from the heat, add the oil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Stir for a few moments and it is ready to use.
