This is a very rich, nutritious and appetizing recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 tomates
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/2 can of palm hearts into pieces (or buy whole and chop them yourself)
- 3 tablespoons Light mayonnaise
- Condiments
Instructions:
Cut a "capita" tolate just a small piece that is where we are going to include the filling, once cut, put salt inside the tomato to release its juices and then sprinkle with a spoon all the tomato filling and reserve.
In a source place the palm hearts, the tuna and the filling that we remove from the tomato, mix it with the light mayonnaise and season to taste.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and serve.
