Light fajitas, start the year healthy
Hello! Today I have brought you one light recipe so that we start the year healthy. Most of the people, when they spend the Christmas holidays, begin to make a series of healthy habits to stay healthy and fit throughout the year.
Some people, they start the new year to eat healthy foods and to follow a diet associated with exercise. Thus, they join the gym, stop smoking, give dance classes, aerobics, full combat, etc.
Therefore, today I bring you a very healthy recipe so that you can start this 2013 with a healthy diet rich in nutrients. It is about light fajitas, stuffed in this case with chicken, corn, turkey ham and low-calorie semi-cured cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts.
- York ham.
- Light semi-cured cheese.
- Corn.
- Mexican cakes.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Pepper.
- Thyme.
- White wine for cooking.
- Lemon juice.
Preparation
The first thing we have to prepare is the chicken. To do this, we will cut this into strips or dice. Then we will season it and sprinkle it with a little lemon juice. Later, we will put it in a pan with a little olive oil and fry it. When it is a little golden, we add a drizzle of white wine and a little thyme. We will let it cook for about 10 min.
While the chicken is doing, we will cut the other ingredients into cubes small so that we can close the fajita well.
Once I have made the chicken, we will take out of the pan without any juice. Therefore, we will place it under absorbent paper, but not for long, since it will absorb the taste of the wine.
Now we will have the wheat cake, and we will add the ingredients in an elongated position right in the center of the cake, and we will close it.
The ingredients for this fajita recipe can be substituted for any low calorie food. Such as lettuce, onion, peppers, turkey meat, etc. The amounts were based on the diners.
