Light apple pudding

Ingredients:

6 tbsp skim milk powder
3 yolks
150 grams of low calorie ricotta
Grated peel of three oranges
1 tbsp baking powder
4 green apples grated
Liquid sweetener to taste
1 tsp vanilla essence
Juice of three oranges

Preparation:

Pass the ricotta through the processor and add the grated apples, the vanilla essence, the baking powder, the juice and the grated peel of the oranges, the powdered milk, the egg yolks and the sweetener. Mix everything forming a smooth preparation and pour into a pudding mold previously greased with a little oil and bake over moderate heat for 45 minutes. Warm and then remove from the mold.
