  • 1 leek, minced

  • 2 potatoes, cut into pieces
  • ½ cabbage, julienned
  • ½ cauliflower, in small trees
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • ½ teaspoon of chorizo ​​pepper meat
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Vegetable broth (or water)

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan with three tablespoons of virgin olive oil, fry the onion, pepper and leek for six minutes.
