Preparation
  1. To make the lentils with chorizo ​​and potatoes, we will first wash the lentils well.
  2. In a pot we will put a jet of oil, add the chopped chorizo, the onion divided in two, the whole garlic cloves and the whole piece of pepper.
  3. Add the fried tomato, stir and add the sweet paprika spoon, stir and immediately add a couple of liters of cold water.
  4. We put the lentils in the pot together with all the mixture and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
  5. We peel the potatoes and chop, after 30 minutes we add the potatoes to the lentils, add a little salt and water if necessary, let them cook until the lentils and potatoes are cooked.
  6. When we see that they are almost ready, we taste the salt and rectify.
  7. Take a bowl, add the onion, garlic and pepper with a little broth from the lentils, grind it and add it to the casserole with the lentils to give it flavor and thickness.
