Ingredients
1 cup of boiled lentils
Parsley and garlic to taste
100 grams of oil does not mix
Salt to taste
1/2 cup of natural water
Procedure
The night before, put the lentils in water, the next day, remove the water and cook them until they boil and soften. When cool, place all the ingredients in a blender and process from minimum to maximum power. If you see that it is too heavy, dilute it with a little mineral water.
