Lemon mousse with cream

They can be prepared in many flavors, this is lemon, but it is also very good with strawberry, blackberry, coffee or any fruit you like. With just a few ingredients we can prepare this creamy and rich dessert. The mousse can also be used to fill cakes, or to accompany cookies or other sweets.

A homemade lemon mousse dessert, a recipe that is prepared with just three ingredients and it only remains to accompany it with some fruits, chocolate shavings or some cookies to decorate it.

Ingredients
  • 250 ml. condensed milk
  • 2-3 lemons, 100ml. of juice
  • 300 gr. whipping cream
  • Red fruits to accompany

Preparation
  1. We will start by assembling the dessert cream, it must be very cold, we will put it in for twenty minutes before assembling it in the freezer.
  2. We squeeze the lemons until we obtain 100 ml. of juice, we strain it in case it has pulp or seeds.
  3. In a bowl we add the condensed milk and the lemon, we mix it with the help of some rods.
  4. To this mixture we add the whipped cream, we will incorporate it little by little with enveloping movements, we will do it with the help of a spatula. The cream will be there.
  5. We will take some glasses or glasses to serve, we will fill them with the cream, we put them in the fridge until serving time, they must be 2-3 hours before serving.
  6. We will serve accompanied by some red fruits. Taste the cream before putting it in the fridge, if you like it with more lemon flavor add more juice.
  7. And they will be ready to eat !!!
