Lemon jelly cake

Ingredients
1/2 glass of mild oil
3 eggs
1 sachet of backing powder
1 glass of sugar
1 package of lemon jelly
1 glass of milk
3 glasses of flour
Powdered sugar

Preparation:
Pour the milk into a deep bowl and add the sugar, the oil, the cracked eggs one by one. Then add the yeast, the flour and then add the gelatin. Beat all the ingredients in the blender until well mixed.

Grease a mold with a removable base with oil and pour the dough obtained into it. Put the cake in the oven already hot for about 20 or 25 minutes. When you see it golden brown, remove it from the oven.

Then unmold the cake and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
