Lemon chicken fillets

Ingredients for 2 or 3 people:
- 2 chicken steaks per person
- Un lemon
- A handful of parsley
- Olive oil

- 1 garlic clove (Optional)
Preparation:
Squeeze the lemon to get his juice and reserve it. Then clean the parsley and pick it up.
In a bowl or container add the lemon juice that you booked before, the parsley chopped, shawl to taste, pepper And a little olive oil. Stir everything so that the flavors are well mixed. If you wish you can also add a garlic clove cut into slices.
Clean the chicken steaks and add them to this mixture, trying to get all of them well impregnated. Let them take flavor for at least 30 minutes.
About 10 minutes before they finish mashing the chicken steaks you can go preheating the oven at 160º C. Then, lightly grease a baking tray and place the fillets on it.

- If you prefer you can use turkey steaks instead of chicken.

- You can leave the steaks marinating in the fridge from the night before, so they will get much more flavor. Also, as soon as you get home you can have them ready in 5 minutes.
- When you are going to do this recipe, add some extra steaks. Once they have cooled, store them in the freezer. They can be very useful in cases such as:
- You just got home and you don't know what to eat, you feel bad or you just don't feel like cooking: Defrost the chicken fillets in the microwave and enjoy!
- You must leave the prepared food children: Take the steaks out of the freezer the night before. In the morning prepare them on plates and leave them a note "Heat up in the microwave for 5 minutes and that's it!".
