Today's recipe is designed especially for those fitness and bodybuilding lovers who need to eat large amounts of meat with little fat (protein) so that their muscles continue to grow… Jokes aside, it's an ideal recipe for the most carnivores. It is a lemon chicken with very few ingredients, with a very simple preparation and that goes directly into the oven.
Easy, fast, low in calories and very healthy, because in this case, the chicken was free-range (100% organic). If you want to enjoy meat more, try the organic one, you will notice the difference (although it is true, that it is also somewhat less economical than what we can find in any supermarket or butcher shop).
- 6 100% organic chicken thighs
- 200 ml of white wine
- 2 lemons
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- The first thing we have to do is take out a baking tray or a glass bowl suitable for the oven, and go preheating to 200 ºC approx.
- We clean the chicken thighs and we cut them in two: thigh and thigh. We place them in our tray, with a little olive oil previously spread and then we pour the 200 ml of white wine to cook, the juice of two lemons medium and finally one chicken broth pill crumbled.
- If you want, this is optional, you can add some fine herbs, so that the chicken acquires a different and much more spicy flavor.
