They are very simple and quick to prepare, everyone likes it a lot, it is the same, for a meal, a light dinner, a lunch ...
La leek and onion omelette I'm sure you're going to like it, we have the leek for broths, purees, sauces, but a good leek and onion stir-fry is great and if we put it in an omelette it is great. Surely you will repeat and at home you will like it.
- 3 eggs
- Egg whites 2
- 2 leeks
- 1 cebolla
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- To make the leek and onion omelette, we will start by cleaning the leeks, cut the greenest part and remove the first leaves, clean under the tap in case they have dirt.
- We cut the leeks into small pieces. Peel and cut the onion into small pieces just like the leek.
- We put a frying pan with a jet of oil, add the leeks and the chopped onion, let them poach over medium heat.
- On the other hand, in a plate we put the eggs and the whites, we beat well. Add a little salt.
- When the leek and onion are well poached, drain the oil well and add it to the eggs. We mix.
- We put a little oil in the pan where we are going to prepare the omelette, we put the fire to heat, when it is hot we add the mixture.
- We let the tortilla curdle, when we see that it begins to be cooked around, we turn around, we let it finish cooking to your liking.
- We serve warm.
