Ingredients

  • 5 cups hot vegetable broth
  • 2 cups of basmati rice
  • 1 cup fresh peas

Preparation
  1. In a large saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and we fry the breast cubes until they are golden brown. Then, we take them out and reserve.

  4. Season, we add the curry and pour in the boiling broth.
  5. Next we incorporate the rice, we lower the heat to medium heat and cover the pot to cook the rice for 10 minutes.
