Lasagna with panga, bacon and ham
All the lasagna is a very filling dishSince there are several layers of different foods, we are usually satisfied with just one portion. So, if you are a couple, you can make a Lasagna large or medium and freeze it, and you have it for several days.
This lasagna that I have prepared for you today occurred to me one day at home, since I had few things left over from varied recipes and I started inventing, and I got this exquisite lasagna based on panga, ham and bacon, bathed with a light béchamel and gratin with cheese. All one harvest recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 panga loins.
- 6 pre-cooked lasagna sheets.
- 9 slices of bacon.
- 6 slices of ham.
- Grated cheese.
- Bechamel.
Preparation
First, we will put the soaked lasagna sheets, so that later when cooking them they are not hard. I have chosen those that sell already precooked, thus, we save time in cooking the lasagna pasta.
While they are soaking, we chop the fish in small pieces, so that later it is easier to distribute it by the layer of lasagna that corresponds to them.
Once chopped, we will sauté in a pan with a little oil, since the panga, which is the fish that I have already used, releases a lot of water.
Next, we will mount the lasagna layers. First place two sheets of lasagna, on top a little fish, on top of it 3 slices of bacon and then 2 slices of ham. So on, until mounting 3 layers, where the last one is the sheets.
Lastly, we will bathe the lasagna with a béchamel homemade a little light and we will cover with cheese. We will cook it for 10-15 minutes at 180ºC.
