Lamb is a very special meat. Its flavor is very characteristic, and there are those who like it a lot and who do not like it at all. If your family or guests are passionate about lamb, they will love this recipe for lamb with Provencal herbs. It has little to do and very little ingredients are needed.
It is a recipe that depending on which dish we combine it with, it can serve both for a normal day and for a more special day. At my house, it was part of the New Year's Eve dinner, for example.
