Ingredients
  • 4 legs of lamb
  • 3 medium / large potatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • Black pepper
  • Thyme
  • 200 ml of white wine
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. In a oven plate, we sprayed the bottom with a little olive oil spray. If you do not have it in this format, add a few drops and spread it with an absorbent napkin.
  2. Next we will put the sliced ​​and peeled potatoes, with a little bit of shawl above and black pepper.

  4. The last thing will be to add some water to the tray, approximately 150 ml. This last touch is so that the potatoes come out more tender and juicy.
  5. Leave everything in the oven with a temperature of 220 ºC for 20-25 minutes, depending on whether you like your meat undercooked or well done.
