Recipes where lamb meat is the main ingredient are as "loved" as they are "rejected." Why do we say this? Because it is a meat with a very special flavor that you either like a lot or don't like at all.
In my house we are lucky that almost everyone likes it and it has been our meal this past weekend. You don't need a lot of ingredients and it's done in a short time. Let's say it is the typical meal that goes well for a Sunday lunchtime, to be enjoyed in the company of the whole family.

- 4 legs of lamb
- 3 medium / large potatoes
- 1 cebolla
- Black pepper
- Thyme
- 200 ml of white wine
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
- Water
- In a oven plate, we sprayed the bottom with a little olive oil spray. If you do not have it in this format, add a few drops and spread it with an absorbent napkin.
- Next we will put the sliced and peeled potatoes, with a little bit of shawl above and black pepper.
- On top of these we will place the legs of lamb (in this case there were 4), and above these we will add white wine. Next, we will add a little salt, black pepper and thyme about them.
- The last thing will be to add some water to the tray, approximately 150 ml. This last touch is so that the potatoes come out more tender and juicy.
- Leave everything in the oven with a temperature of 220 ºC for 20-25 minutes, depending on whether you like your meat undercooked or well done.
- And ready! Dish prepared to taste ...
