We premiered the weekend in Cooking Recipes preparing a fresh salad, very appropriate for this time of year. The kiwi and ham salad cooked that we prepare today is also simple and quick to prepare. 10 minutes is all you need to have a healthy starter on the table.
Three ingredients and a good vinaigrette, we don't need more. It goes without saying that the salad will gain in presentation, flavor and texture if we combine different green leaves / shoots: oak lettuce, endive, lamb's lettuce ... A good source can become the perfect starter for the hot days that await us.
- 2 cups mixed greens / leaves
- 3 Kiwis
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sal Island
- Black pepper
- We wash the lettuce leaves, drain and cover the bottom of the bowl or salad bowl with them.
- We peel the kiwis, we cut them into slices and place them on the lettuce.
- Then we chop the cooked ham and we incorporate it into the salad.
- We make a vinaigrette with the olive oil, the Modena vinegar, the salt and the pepper and dress the salad. We serve.
