Ingredients
  • Sliced ​​cooked turkey
  • Sliced ​​cheese
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of cream for cooking
  • Cheese for gratin
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation
  1. The first of all will be to peel some 3 medium potatoes. The amount will depend on the floors that we want to form in our tower. Once peeled and washed we cut them into sheets not very thick about 3mm wide.
  2. We choose a oven safe container, To which we will pour a few drops of olive oil in the bottom so that it does not stick, and we will add the potato slices. We will season and we will add a little black pepper.
  3. Once the potatoes are placed, we will add layer by layer the following products that we want to add to our tower. In our case, we will take the slices of cooked turkey.
  4. The next step will be to take the cooking cream, that two eggs previously beaten and finally a layer of cheese slices and a little grated cheese for gratin.
  5. We put in the preheated oven, and put 230 ºC about 20-25 minutes.
  6. It can be eaten hot or cold.
